Preferably Msc / BSc (Hons) Food Sciences with proven minimum 5 years hands on experience in Pulp, Puree, De- hydration & Juice manufacturing in Food & Beverage Production Facility Technical Expertise.
In-depth Knowledge of Pulp, Puree, Dehydration & Juice manufacturing processes, equipment & technologies.
Working Knowledge of various ISO Certifications especially ISO 9001:2018 (QMS), ISO 22000 (FSSC), HACCP and Halal.
