Key Competencies:
Bachelor’s in Business, Analytics, CS, Marketing, Media, or related field.
5+ years in digital ad operations/yield at a publisher or network (including 3+ years hands-on GAM).
Strong knowledge of programmatic stack, direct IO management, and yield optimisation strategies.
Experience with GA4, Looker/Data Studio, IAS/MOAT/DV, and financial reconciliation.
Bilingual in Urdu & English with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
