Monitor solar system output and maintenance cycles to ensure optimal generation efficiency.
Oversee HVAC operations for consistent climate control and energy efficiency.
Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
Ensure the smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to technical service requests from employees and resolve issues efficiently.
Work with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
Negotiate service contracts and annual maintenance agreements to ensure cost effective solutions.
Supervise on-site technicians and contractors during repairs and installations.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure all technical operations meet industry standards.
Maintain logs of maintenance activities, service requests, and completed work.
Prepare monthly reports on technical service performance, downtime, and costs.
Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for maintenance and repairs.
Perform any other activities necessary for the general welfare of the organization, or as requested by the GM Admin or Admin staff.
