WE ARE HIRING! Regional Warehouse In-charge
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations within the region.
Ensure accurate inventory management, storage, and FIFO implementation.
Maintain optimal stock levels aligned with sales demand and forecasts.
Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff; ensure discipline and performance.
Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, stock variance, OT, and turnaround times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4-6 years of experience in warehouse/distribution center management (FMCG preferred).
Strong grip on inventory handling, dispatch coordination, and warehouse controls.
Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and diverse teams.
