Education Required:
- MBA with specialization / certification in Supply Chain.
- SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba Power User with hands on experience in implementation / rollout.
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in sourcing / category management in energy / petrochemical / oil & gas sector.

Responsibilities:
This role requires an in-depth supplier base knowledge and leading the development of sourcing models to identify best in class vendors. This is a collaborative cross-functional role that will require frequent interaction with end-users, category buyers, and Finance. Will be a member of cross functional teams for rollout of various digital transformation initiatives, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba.
Key job responsibilities will include:
- Lead Category Management on the total procurement spend across PARCO operations.
- Leverage current and future business demands, conduct market intelligence and gather historical spend to oversee the development of procurement strategies.
- Develop category sourcing strategies based upon business requirements to identify best in class supply sources.
- Ensure delivery of the Annual Procurement Plan.
- Develop framework for spend analytics and monitor on periodic basis.
- Lead the development of procurement processes.
- Conduct all vendor pre-qualifications within Supply Chain.
- Ensure the Pre-qualified Vendor pool is updated and provides fair competition amongst bid participants.
- Lead the Vendor Performance Management process.
