Location: Islamabad, Islāmābād, Pakistan
Responsibilities
- Develop the understanding of the business and customer lifecycle across all businesses e.g. branchless, digital lending, branch lending, segments etc.
- Develop understanding of existing LDM of DWH and other data (structured and unstructured) from different source systems
- Assist in creating and utilizing different layers of aggregation to build 360 view of customers
- Become responsible for regular dashboards and adhoc reporting by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to support them in their KPI tracking
- Manage data definition book. Assist in standardizing the data definitions (data book) to ensure consistency across the organization
- Work closely with technology team in ensuring that all data sets/definitions are aligned in the organization
- Develop consumer insights from data generated through Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Big Query that help in understanding consumer behavior for complete customer lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects as part of Commercial BI enablement program
Qualifications
- BS(CS), MBA/MS (Preferred)
Work Experience
- Greater than 4 years of experience in BI
