Position Available: Assistant Manager E-Commerce
Description:
1-Driving the sales performance of all the e-commerce platforms and ensure the growth of e-commerce business.
2-Proposing , managing and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce platforms.
3-Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
4-Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
5-Working closely with demand planning team of the cross e-commerce and in-house e-commerce team to ensure smooth execution of the operations.
6-Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales of the e-commerce accounts.
7-Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
Requirements: Should have prior experience in a similar role, experience within digital marketing is a plus. Should be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
Education: MBA (Marketing)
