Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, MSc in Sustainability, Industrial Innovation, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
8–12 years of experience in strategy, innovation, or sustainability roles.
Expertise in innovation management and technology foresight.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and AI trends.
Proven ability to lead strategic transformation initiatives in industrial settings.

Power Cement is hiring for Multiple Positions in our Enabling Functions Excellence team, be a part of shaping operational excellence and driving impactful strategy at Power Cement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and regularly review performance indicators for HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, HSE, and IT. Ensure each department has clearly defined and measurable KPIs aligned with organizational strategy and service-level expectations.
Lead structured monthly performance discussions with heads of enabling departments. Present performance data, identify gaps against targets, and document follow-up actions for continuous service improvement.
Identify improvement opportunities in workflow, communication, and decision turnaround time within support functions. Work with teams to redesign processes and implement best practices to improve internal service delivery standards.
Analyze interdepartmental workflows and identify inefficiencies, delays, or duplication of efforts. Recommend corrective actions and process enhancements using structured methodologies.
Set up data validation mechanisms to ensure that all enabling functions provide accurate, timely, and standardized performance data. Establish dashboards and reports that reflect true operational performance and support leadership decisions.
Monitor adherence to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between enabling functions and their stakeholders (e.g., turnaround time for hiring, procurement cycles, IT support resolutions). Escalate non-compliances and support corrective measures.
Act as a performance excellence champion across enabling functions. Encourage accountability, promote goal ownership, and foster a mindset of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Support inter-departmental initiatives (e.g., ERP upgrades, digital transformation, employee experience improvements) by offering data insights, monitoring metrics, and tracking execution progress of support functions.
Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership summarizing trends, risks, wins, and improvement areas in enabling functions. Transform raw data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
