The applicant will be responsible to assist GM Logistics in managing Haulier / Contractor Fleet Operations and Execution of Processes/ Systems in South Region (Furnace Oil Operation in South including Ops at VTT Port Qasim, PRL, NRL, Byco, White Oil Ops at Shikarpur and Daulatpur); Accountable for: Incident Free Operation, Strategic System Rationalization, External Customer Satisfaction, Support Service Management, Business Partner Alignment, Continuous Efficiency Improvement and Organizational Capability.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Management of Company Fleet Operations in South (IDT and Local Shipments) including routine operation and emergency management. Preparing and maintaining COCO Fleet asset inventory reports and reconciling Fleet spare availability and usage at various depots locations in South. Maintaining and sharing monthly KPIs.
• Management of Tracker Operation and maintenance of requisite documents.
• Collaborate with Network Optimization and HSE Groups to ensure deployment of HSE Management System and Best Practices in a prioritized fashion with Carriage Contractors with highest impact initiatives implemented first. Identify and share Lessons Learned and best practices with the Carriage Contractors, Retail, Operations and Logistics Team for the good of the enterprise.
• Development and Implementation of Audit systems (Quarterly / Annual) for Carriage Contractors so that the same comply with Hascol's Company Policies and Procedures both HSE and Operations. Sharing of Audit reports with Management and following up with concerned for completion of Audit concerns / recommendations.
• Acts as a Hascol representative for engagement / negotiations with Cartage Contractors, Transport Unions / Associations, Regulatory Agencies and Transportation related industry forums. Coordinates with Legal and Public Affairs to represent the company in matters where regulatory and legislation changes could affect our industry and the way we do business.
