The incumbent will be part of the transformation program for the firm – will be responsible to support the development and delivery of the Digital / Cashless and fully automated Banking Channel for Lending Business (Branch & Hybrid) that will include digital lead generation, origination, disbursement and collection along with other Digital Lending projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement transformation programs to support new businesses, including new cashless acquisition, fulfillment, disbursal, and collection channel and executing future roadmaps of products and services.
2. Work with the Product Manager and Head Digitalization to develop digital Process flows for completely digitized Loan origination, disbursement, and collections. Work with IT to deliver completely digital journey for lending
3. Support channel compliance & regulatory requirement, including approvals for business plan, budget and selection of physical locations of cashless sales centers.
4. Work within the solutions cross functional team for planning & implementing technology solutions for facilitating the cashless channel.
5. Support the line manager for managing departmental level governance / coordination between stakeholders (Branch, O&T, Compliance, EP Business, Admin etc.) in context of agreed regulatory framework, policies, and business strategies. Liaise & coordinate with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks & create synergy.
6. Responsible for generating channel analysis, insights, and other related reports to enable and enhance channel capabilities. Also responsible for generating MIS for management.
7. Coordinate with Branch Management & Easy Paisa team (Merchants/Franchise etc.) for implementation of strategies.
8. Responsible for supporting the execution of the Branch Lending Digitalization strategy, which underpins the transformation of the Branch Banking Business Unit.
