Job Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Manager Business Development for Branchless Banking. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for business/sales targets and KPI’s.
Maintain effective sales pipeline and its growth.
Build portfolio through additional Accounts & Revenue.
Drive the business/sales force for regional business.
Responsible to train and mentor the team on new products, tools and features.
Responsible for service / relationship of existing and future client portfolio to ensure growth and sustainability.
Candidate must have a sound relationship in market
Ensure prompt resolution of identified sales channels issues.
Responsible for reporting and business forecast.
Manage all BTL & Direct Sales activities.
Maintain close co-ordination with the Channel & Operations teams.
Monitor & Develop quarterly business plans as per the departmental strategy to achieve targets.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.
Any other task assigned by Management.
