HBL is looking to hire a Program Manager in Information Technology Function, Karachi who will be responsible for successful delivering Core Banking Program that span across a tenure of 3 years. Managing resources, schedules and financials. This also includes managing issues, risks and program change requests ensuring successful and on-time program delivery.
Job Details:
• Accomplish the program objectives within the constraints of the program to deliver timely and within budget projects
• Involved in planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned program resources to meet project objectives
• Controls and monitor program scope, time and cost (Quality also) in managing competing program requirements to meet requirements within allocated time and cost
• Collect metrics data such as baseline, actual value of cost, schedule, work in progress and work completed to the stakeholders/management for project progress and other specific information to stakeholders
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related discipline along with mandatory knowledge of PRINCE2 or PMP.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Requirements gathering and Analysis, Technology services and delivery preferably with some exposure to the financial services sector
