KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises & ensures the following:
- Timely pickups & deliveries of shipments
- Strict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities
- Strict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handled
- Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material
- Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution
- Coordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaints
- Better understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clientsImparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staff
- Maintenance and proper filing of record
- Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and availability of courier kits Attendance & punctuality of staff
Ensures Quality Control checks of following:
- Timely departure of couriers for deliveries
- Availability & working conditions of operation vehicles
- Transit Checks (handling & carriage of transit material)
- Maintenance of logbookWorking conditions of Operations Room
Skills Required
Communication Skills Knowledge of courier industry MS Office Operations Knoweledge
