Position:
Manager (RF Optimization) Lahore
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain & Improve the KPIs of the network.
- Managing the Investigative Drive tests in the areas having poor KPIs as identified by the BSS team on regular basis.
- Managing the Cluster Optimization activities by the regional team including DT Route selection, Pre and Post DT run and Analysis of the Cluster Optimization Drive tests.
- Generation of cluster optimization reports and keeping a track of improvements.
- Management of WLL Network Database and updating the Antenna parameters after each cluster / Single Site optimization activity.
- Managing the compliance of Key Performance Indicators of voice and data network, such as: CSSR CDR , HSR, SH Ratio etc
- Arranging and performing (if required) Routine and Issue based Drive Testing
- Handling issues with vendors as per PTCL requirements.
- Spectrum Scanning & Removal of interference source with coordination with FAB.
- Management of the RF Optimization Team.
- Must have an experience of 3 - 5 years in the related role
