Job Purpose:
RRM is responsible for managing sales team and channel, to supervise the franchise and staff members / ARMs for day to day business activities. Th resource ensures the retail distribution of Ufone products in the assigned areas. This Position is important w.r.t to monitor and execution the weight and numeric target achievement for the implementation of company polices and for Close liaison with management
Job Description:
Ensuring FCA , recharge and MFS targets achievement.
100% Monthly Secondary U-load target achievement ,90 % Daily active BVS and 90 % of total EVC active outlets.
Responsible to mange/Supervise the team of ARM Franchisee /SOs .
Retail & Franchise channel management where he ensures that all the set standards and procedures are followed as per PTML directions, Also monitors and tells LM about the competition practices.
Training & development of ARMs & SOs.
Retail channel development where he focuses on new outlet developments and competition analysis.
