ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in the Masterbatches segment of its Chemicals business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieving sales targets for the entire region, in-line with the overall business strategy.
· Ensuring compliance with Company's HSE/Ethics policies, with special focus on Product Stewardship and Road Safety.
· Effectively implementing marketing strategy in coordination with the market research team to get mileage and impact sales positively.
· Improving people capabilities, enhancing employee engagement and creating a culture of trust and respect.
·Continuously adding new customers to the sales funnel universe, in coordination with the market research team.
· Adding to our product portfolio by providing products based on customer requirements and exploring and developing new products from scratch.
·Conducting product/market surveys to identify gaps in the market and devise strategies accordingly.
·Providing pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients, while handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
