ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Export Manager for its Soda Ash business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Issuing Proforma invoices.
· Communicating and coordinating with buyers.
· Preparing of export documents (such as invoices, packing lists, etc.)
· Ensuring cargo availability at Karachi warehouse.
· Providing draft BL and finalising BL.
· Submitting exports as per LC.
· Providing ‘one window’ solutions to buyers.
· Exploring and developing new export markets.
· Interacting and communicating with existing and prospective customers.
· Handling break bulk cargo.
Other Skills:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
· Experience of heading exports function in Cement/Textile/Commodity-related industry, with good awareness of market dynamics.
· Experience in development of new exports markets.
· Hands-on experience of managing and developing international customers.
· Experience in managing exports and associated documentation, logistics, shipping lines, port Matters, customs etc
· Well versed with international practices/processes related to exports.
