Job Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Monitor and execute process as per SOP. Documentation of all parameters is mandatory.
- HMI Operation; ensure minimum batch processing time covering all quality parameters.
- Coordinate with packing team to transfer processed stock to ensure zero downtime at packaging section.
- Inspect processing equipment and ensure
- Special care in handling raw material is required to maintain product quality.
- Timely execution of validated CIP before and during production.
- Ensuring all PRPs are in place for production (HEPA Filter operation, Fogger spraying, chiller temperatures to minimize downtime)
- Take all necessary HSE measures while handling material to ensure zero LTI or minor/major incident in the area.
- Ensure area is clean and neat after end of production.
- Material Management:
- Ensure all material consumed at the end of the shift is reported to data entry operator.
- Store all left over material is relevant stores where all storage requirements are met.
- Timely communicate production plan to recipe mixing department for preparation of premix to be available for production.
- Others:
- Work on continuous improvement to reduce batch processing time and minimize wastage
Background:
- At least 05 Years preferably of cold sauces processing equipment operation
- Btech / BE / Bsc in Mech./Elec./Chem
Skills:
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Understanding of Technical Drawings
- Outlook and MS Excel (Pivot and charts)
- MS word for document filling and storage in system
- SAP MM for stock overview, wastage analysis and material issuance
- SAP PM for Maintenance Notification creation
