National Foods Limited Jobs Key Accounts Manager Ecommerce
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing NFL’s e-commerce sales strategy, channel management and operations, including driving sales growth, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders including marketing initiatives to drive e-commerce sales into the B2C and B2B markets.
Strategic Contribution
- Plan and execute overall business strategy including sales objectives with team leads
- Act as project manager to develop, implement and test e-commerce initiatives, with a cross-functional approach.
- Provide in-depth analysis of sales data with focus on KPIs (conversion, average order size) and ways to improve through proposed promotions
- Be the liaison and main point of contact with fulfilment partners regarding inventory management, customer service and store plans
- Merchandise products across the site by producing collections, categories, and landing pages
- Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity and stay abreast of market and consumer trends
- Plan budget financials for the year and work closely with relevant stake holders to device pricing strategy & promotional campaigns
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and lead the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of e-trade service activity for the assigned brands so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
- Drive and communicate all initiatives by brand to customer including marketplaces & e-retailers
- Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to relevant stakeholders
- Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of e-trade marketing systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Supervise and lead the preparation of timely and accurate departmental MIS statements and reports of the assigned category/brands to meet NFL’s broader and sales department requirements, policies and standards
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferable.
