ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an HR Generalist for our Chemicals & Agri Sciences business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be a flagbearer of company values and execute initiatives that encourage a positive, transparent and performance-based culture.
· Holding regular connect sessions with employees to establish an independent view and strong people insight thereby facilitating the HR Manager in identifying areas of improvement.
· Advise and support managers on formulating job descriptions, objective setting, development planning, and performance feedback.
· Provide effective HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
· Partner with managers and employees to drive the development and execution of employee performance improvement plans.
· Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
· Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
· Partner with line managers and Talent Acquisition to identify and address future staffing needs.
· Partner with COE to drive and embed engagement and wellbeing plans in the business to enhance employee engagement.
· Prepare and periodically monitor staff cost and other HR related budgets so as to ensure strong control and governance.
· Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, lateral moves and transfers.
· Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
· Closely monitor key HR metrics and SLAs to ensure HR service excellence.
