HBL is looking to hire a Program Manager Learning & development in Human Resources Function, Karachi who will be responsible for planning, managing and executing learning and development interventions to meet identified needs effectively.
Job Details:
• Conduct learning needs analysis and liaise with all stakeholders to plan and execute learning interventions.
• Progressively work towards new initiatives to provide creative solutions leading to advancement of L&D.
• Follow program management SOPs to maintain quality and efficiency in processes, while ensuring compliance with L&D policy.
• Ensure overall quality of learning interventions.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 3+ years’ relevant experience in learning and development
