Bank AL Habib is looking to recruit Business Transformation/Business Process Engineering Expert.




Eligibility Criteria:


Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s, Masters from a recognized university will be preferred




Department: Islamic Banking




Experience: 10-12 Years of Banking Experience




Requirements: 




Performing analysis and reengineering of current business processes, driving adoption of process changes, and striving for continuous improvement.

Implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency through improvements in procedures, changes in departmental structures, and application of enabling technologies.

Ability to develop standardized operating instructions for the changed processes.

Identifying best practices and establishing process performance measurements.



Locations: Karachi
