Responsibilities:
- MKT strategies
Help MKT Director to design, develop and manage OPPO campaigns and marketing strategies - Creative Marketing Ideas
Develop marketing ideas for product launch and main creatives such as TV Commercials, Campaign shoots, Key visuals, digital videos, launch event concept and creative, and then follow up the execution. - Consumer Insights
Collect cultural & consumer insights from the local market and provide suggestions to the senior management for each product pre-launch - Internal Collaboration
Be the key person to collaborate with the media manager, PR manager, Social media manager, Designer, Event manager, POSM manager, etc to develop an Integrated Marketing Communication Plan. - Execution Monitor
Monitor the execution part and create a report to OPPO South Asia HQ. - Other Works
Finish other works related to marketing which are required by Marketing Director.
Requirements:
1- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing-related subjects.
2-Language: Native speaker, fluency in English is mandatory.
3-Experience: 5 years at least practical experience.
4- Communication: Good communication skills in the cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination context.
5- Personality: Good leadership skills, Driven, self-motivated, careful, passionate, and hard-working.
