1. Application Forms and Challan Forms are available on the University of Sahiwal website www.uosahiwal.edu.pk
2. Interested candidates are required to submit their application forms along with documents to the given mailing address
   • CV
   • Application form
   • Copies of degrees
   • Experience certificates
   • Challan Form
   • CNIC
   • Recent passport size photograph fixed at the application form.
3. Candidates already in service of a government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must apply through the proper channel.
4. The candidate may send the advance copy but NOC should be reached in Registrar, the University of Sahiwal before test/interview.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
6. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date.
7. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
8. The last date to apply for all other posts is December 14, 2021.
