Pak Oman Microfinance Bank is looking to hire a Digital Manager who will be responsible for providing support in developing digital strategy and value creation in existing internal processes of the Bank as well as for customer offerings of the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in developing digital strategy
  • Contribute in preparing and suggesting the roadmap of digitizing/value creation in existing internal processes of the Bank as well as for customer offerings of the Bank
  • End to end roll out digital strategy
  • Facilitate in digital transformation through digital customer acquisition, creating partnerships and cross-set up etc.
  • Arrange for adoption of innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and big data analytics etc. for data analysis.
  • Study the innovative technology-driven solution especially in the area of payments and suggest their feasibility and adoption for the Bank.

Location: Head Office, Karachi / Islamabad

Education: MBA/BCS/MCS

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ of experience in providing digital solution

Pak Oman Microfinance Bank is looking to hire a Head of Risk Management who will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the risk management framework.

Qualification: MBA or CICA qualified

Experience: minimum 10 years’ of experience in Financial sector

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop risk modules which includes credit, liquidity and operational risks.
• Plan, implement and manage the risk management framework.
• Develop risk indicators and recommend risk mitigation strategies for the Bank’s critical risks to management as well as to BRMC.
• Plan, manage & implement comprehensive risk reviews and reporting.
• Analyze current risk and identify potential risks that may affect the Bank.
• Identify deviations/violations and non-conformities and report to process owners and other relevant stake holders as appropriate.
• Ensure that risk management function meets the regulatory directives and compliance requirement.
• Ensure effective mechanisms are in place for Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Control and Monitoring.
• Manage Risk function optimally as for the achievement of goals and directions set by the Management and BRMC
