Job Responsibilities:
- Improve the Employee Capability Index of the staff
- Conduct training of support center and to ensure that training is aligned to overall business objectives
- Improve the Employee Engagement Index of the staff
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting of Quality Assurance and Training of support centers
- Directly supervise and monitor the performance of Quality Evaluators
- Responsible to implement Quality Assurance practices in all areas of the support center
- Conduct Quality Assurance of a sample of support center transactions
- Improve the overall accuracy of the support center
