Job Description
We want to start a new dairy farm of 1000 herd size (Australian Friesian, Dutch Friesian and American Friesian). For this purpose we need a farm manager who has much experience of designing, constructing, upgrading and managing dairy farm while maintaining profitability in all stages.
Location of farm land is in Daska (just 10 minutes drive from Daska motorway interchange) just near the city.
We want Dairy Farm Manager having at least 7- 10 years experience in corporate dairy like JK Dairies, Nishat, sapphire, Dada, Shareef etc.
Manager having experience of milk processing plant will be preferred as we also plan to start a milk packing line within one year.
Salary can be decided as per his experience and expertise.
In addition to basic salary 10% share from net profit will be for farm manager and other farm team.
